Network Engineer developing

I was wondering why it is so difficult to learn NEAPI its not well documented, the sample code doesn’t follow the install disk. There are not many forums on the web where people has tutorial about the NEAPI.

When working with ArcObjects it's a different case, the ArcObjects is well documented, ESRI has a superb forum, where you can get a lot of help when you start developing ArcGIS extensions.

If anybody has any experience developing with NEAPI please let me know, or if you have any material/Links about the NEAPI let me know.
